Eligibility Information and Application
JBC Grants support families by covering out-of-pocket expenses for the treatment of PANS and PANDAS. This includes medication, supplements, doctor visits, lab testing, and alternative practitioners such as Acupuncturists and Chiropractors.
Who is Eligible for a JBC Grant?
Anyone diagnosed with PANS or PANDAS who can demonstrate a qualified financial need is eligible to apply for a grant. They must be an active patient of a U.S.-based MD, ND, DO, PA-C, or NP. All practitioners must have prescribing rights in their state of practice.
Preference is given to residents of New England.
